Apple Caramel Dutch Baby Pancake

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 medium apple, finely diced
For Apple Topping:
- 2 medium apples, cored and sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Toppings (Optional):
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- ½ cup homemade whipped cream
- powdered sugar, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- In the bowl of a food processor or blender combine all the ingredients for the pancake, except the butter and apples. Blend until they are well combined and smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
