Ingredients

For the Cupcakes:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175°C). Line a regular muffin tin with cupcake liners, preparing them for the batter.
