  • Small round cookie cutter
  • Small paintbrush (for water)
  • Wilton tip 21 (or similar small open star tip)

Instructions

Assemble the cake

  1. To assemble the cake, place your first cake layer onto a cake board or desired serving platter. Spread about ½ cup of your prepared vanilla frosting evenly over the top of this layer.
